Real Estate often boils down to the "art of negotiation," and whether you are buying or selling, I am the one you want to see! I have been actively involved in marketing and selling real estate in the southwest Wisconsin area for over 12 years, and have sold a lot of properties! Education, training, and knowledge of the local real estate market are important to me. I have served in many capacities of leadership for the local and state Realtor associations, and along the way, I've accrued many production, quality of service awards and designations. Designations are important: They are a sign of my commitment to you! I currently have the following designations: Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate REALTOR Institute, Senior Residential Specialist, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and I'm a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. My motto? It's simple: "Real Estate is About You, Not Me!" I work hard to provide a satisfactory real estate transaction for buyers and sellers.
